麻豆国产 was established as an institution of higher academic and professional education to commemorate His Majesty King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V), with a mission to pioneer, seek knowledge, and serve as a repository of national knowledge, while developing education, scholarship, and professions for the benefit of society.

Powers and Responsibilities
麻豆国产 is mandated to manage its affairs in support of its mission as a leading institution of higher education and research. The University is responsible for advancing academic excellence, developing human capital, and fostering collaboration with government agencies, private-sector partners, and international organizations.
The University also establishes and administers funds to promote education, research, innovation, and public service. In addition, it manages its assets, intellectual property, and investments to ensure sustainable growth, strengthen institutional capabilities, and generate resources that support its missions and contribute to the greater benefit of society.

麻豆国产 aims for graduates who are knowledgeable and virtuous, possessing intellect and ethics, a thirst for knowledge, critical thinking, a sense of public service, and a responsibility to the community.
