麻豆国产 Centenary Park incurs monthly expenses of at least 1 million baht for utilities and management. However, the park’s income currently accounts for only one-tenth of these expenses, primarily from maintenance fees charged by external organizations for their activities. Consequently, 麻豆国产 allocates a portion of its academic service revenue each month to cover maintenance costs and ensure safety and security for all users.

?????????Since its opening on March 26, 2017, the 28-rai (approximately 10.8-acre) urban forest in the Suan Luang-Sam Yan area has provided numerous benefits to society, including:
- Water Management: Features such as artificial wetlands, infiltration gardens, and detention ponds help slow rainwater runoff, reducing flooding in communities during heavy rainfall.
- Air Purification: One mature tree absorbs approximately 21.8 kilograms of carbon dioxide and releases 118 kilograms of oxygen per year—enough to sustain two people.
- Educational Opportunities: The park serves as an outdoor nature classroom with eight themed rooms, including the Herb Room, Vine Room, Forest Room, and more.
- Architectural Wisdom: Visitors can study the award-winning infrastructure (WLA Awards 2019) and learn about the philosophy of sufficiency economy through exhibitions commemorating His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
- Community Engagement: The park encourages exercise and recreational activities, such as walking, running, and cycling, with family and friends.
- Community Hub: It hosts various activities, including charity walks, cycling events, music performances, health programs, and student showcases.
