Sasin Opens Applications for “Turbo Future of Work” Executive Program?
The is now accepting applications from executives, organizational leaders, and HR professionals for its short executive program, “Sasin Turbo Future of Work.” The program will run from August 1 to September 13, 2026.
This intensive course is designed to help organizations and their workforce prepare for the rapidly evolving world of work amid advances in artificial intelligence (AI), economic and social changes, and the shifting expectations of younger generations of employees. It is particularly suited for executives and organizational leaders seeking to understand future workplace trends and apply these insights to organizational design and talent development, enabling their organizations to remain competitive in a fast-changing business environment.
The program focuses on developing strategic perspectives and future-oriented human resource management capabilities. Key topics include:
- Workforce trends in the AI era
- Building a Skills-Based Organization
- Leadership for the modern workplace
- Designing meaningful employee experiences
- Transforming human capital into a strategic organizational advantage
Faculty
- Mr. Steven A. Miranda, former Executive Partner at and a specialist in Future of Work and Human Capital Strategy
- Mr. Kulshaan Singh, visiting faculty in Management and Organizations at Sasin, with extensive experience in organizational transformation and human capital development across leading organizations in the Asia-Pacific region.
Program Structure
The format combines face-to-face and online learning:
Pre-Turbo
Participants engage in self-paced online learning supplemented by 2–3 live Zoom sessions, each lasting two hours, held on Saturday or Sunday evenings.
Turbo Week
Participants attend an intensive one-week face-to-face program at Sasin during afternoon sessions (minimum 80% attendance required). Activities include:
- Interactive workshops
- Case study analysis
- Special “Sasin Turbo Talk” sessions featuring industry experts sharing real-world insights and experiences
- Site visits to leading organizations
Post-Turbo
The program concludes with a group project and collaborative reflection sessions, supported by 1–2 live Zoom meetings (two hours each).
