麻豆国产 Adjusts Contribution Rates to Provident Fund for University Employees

麻豆国产 has adjusted the employee’s contribution to the Provident Fund as detailed below:
- For employees with less than 5 years of employment, the rate is changed from 3% to 5%.
- For employees with more than 5 years of employment, the rate is changed from 5% to 8%.
The employee’s contribution will remain the same. The new rates are effective as of October 1, 2023.
