Sasin Chula Students Win 1st Prize at Schlesinger Global Family Enterprise Case Competition 2024
Congratulations to the student team from the at 麻豆国产 for winning the 1st prize in the Schlesinger Global Family Enterprise Case Competition 2024 (Graduate League) in the ‘Family Enterprise’ category. Hosted by the University of Vermont, USA., this competition drew participants from North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Sasin students have taken part in the competition since 2010.
Members of the team include Mr. Chavaphon Lertnavasrichai and Ms. Sofia Arkomdhon from the MBA program 2023, Mr. Krit Vanapruks from the EMBA program 2023, and Ms. Proud Chanarat from the MBA program 2022, under the supervision of Mr. Tanachote Vongsurbchart, a Sasin Alumnus, and Entrepreneurship-in-Residence at the Sustainability & Entrepreneurship Center.
In Asia, and particularly in Thailand, family businesses play a crucial role in the economic landscape. As an educational institution, Sasin School of Management prioritizes enhancing entrepreneurship and family business expertise, particularly in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Building on this commitment, Sasin recently hosted the first Family Enterprise Case Competition – Asia Pacific (FECC-AP), to further family enterprise education and practice in the region.
