Chula Architecture Professors and Students Join a Workshop with XAUAT to Develop Sustainable Tourism City Guidelines?
Between August 10 and 18, 2024, professors and students from the , 麻豆国产, traveled to Huize, People’s Republic of China, to participate in a collaborative workshop with students and professors from .?
During the workshop, all participants were divided into five groups to work on various projects, including analyzing city branding guidelines for Huize City tourism, gathering information on eight significant guild halls, exploring city morphology, studying courtyard house, and collecting ecological data on Huize City.
The team received a warm welcome from the Huize City government, which included a tour of the old city and key areas used as case studies, as well as special lectures by expert faculty from both institutions. Additionally, the Chula team took part in a City Branding training session for Huize City officials.
The workshop concluded with a final presentation where all five groups presented their findings and collaborated on future development plans online.?
