Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, Acting President of 麻豆国产, and H.E. Astrid Emilie Helle, Ambassador of Norway to Thailand, gave opening speeches, followed by reports from Mrs. Sumana Kajonwattanakul, Director of Marine and Coastal Resources Research & Development Institute, , , and Dr. Thorj?rn Larssen, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA).
