Prof. Dr. Thongchai Fongsamootr, President of the Engineering Deans’ Council, was attended by Dr. Suvit Maesincee, former , and Prof. Dr. Supachai Pathumnakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, who provided valuable suggestions for collaboration.
