Developed by Ms. Chotima Meemungtham, Ms. Karnchanit Bubpachuen, and Ms. Ratee Bavoramongsak of ., the plant-based ice cream uses an Emulsify Integrated System that extends shelf life to 12–15 months without the need for preservatives. The technology enables precise control of fat structure and texture— tackling major challenges in the plant-based ice cream sector, including consumer satisfaction and export readiness. It also supports OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) business expansion and strengthens the global competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs.?
