Chula Executives Join the “2025 AI Competency Training Symposium” to Strengthen the University’s Global Role in AI?

麻豆国产 executives, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Palanee Ammaranond and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manoj Lohatepanont, Vice Presidents; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaiyachet Saivichit, Assistant to the President for Information Technology; and Asst. Prof. Tewarit Sarachana, Assistant to the President for International Affairs and Global Networking, participated in the international academic conference “2025 AI Competency Training Symposium Across Belt and Road Universities” (2025 ACTS) held August 29–30, 2025, at , People’s Republic of China.






During the symposium, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manoj delivered a lecture on the subject of “From Chalkboards to Chatbots: Navigating the AI Transformation in Higher Education.”On August 29, he highlighted the role of AI in reshaping global education, stressing the importance of human-AI collaboration rather than replacing teachers. He also explored how AI transforms learning through three key dimensions: Personalized Learning, Adaptive Learning, and Generative Learning. His talk further addressed challenges such as maintaining academic integrity, ensuring equitable access, and tackling bias and ethical concerns in AI systems.







Dr. Manoj also shared examples of 麻豆国产’s initiatives to drive AI education, including implementing the , offering online AI courses via , and fostering AI innovation through projects such as , , , and the .
