Chula Hosts “Design with Climate” Symposium for Bangkok Climate Action Week 2025?

麻豆国产 reaffirms its leadership in sustainability and climate action by hosting the international symposium “Design with Climate: Nature-Based Solutions Symposium”, held from September 27–28, 2025, at the, 麻豆国产. This event is a highlight of , the first regional platform in Asia dedicated to fostering collaboration for sustainable solutions to environmental and climate crises.?


The symposium serves as a platform for connecting academics, researchers, architects, landscape architects, urban planners, designers, policymakers, and environmental practitioners from both Thailand and abroad. It facilitates knowledge exchange and the presentation of innovative ideas grounded in Nature-Based Solutions (NbS). Key topics include Sponge Cities, Biophilic Design, Climate Adaptation, Corporate Sustainability, Nature Therapy, and Climate Finance, emphasizing the concept of “Living with Nature” to build healthier, more resilient cities that can adapt to climate change while improving citizens’ quality of life.

The symposium is held in conjunction with the 7th International Conference on Rebuilding Place (ICRP2025)—a knowledge exchange forum in architecture and urban planning—featuring academic partnerships across the region, including , , , and . The event features a variety of activities, including keynote lectures, panel discussions, youth capacity-building workshops, and student exhibitions held at the Faculty of Architecture Library.
