The meeting was led by Professor Dr. Rungsun Rerknimitr, Assistant President for Innovation at 麻豆国产, together with Associate Professor Dr. Pinit Kullavanijaya, Associate Professor Dr. Pradermchai Kongkam, and Associate Professor Dr. Phonthep Angsuwatcharakon, faculty members from the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, The Thai Red Cross Society. Also attending were Dr. Jadej Thammatacharee and Dr. Atthaporn Limpanyalert, Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General of the National Health Security Office.

The objective of the meeting was to present 麻豆国产’s medical innovations for consideration by the NHSO regarding their potential application and integration into Thailand’s healthcare service system. This is expected to lead to tangible and sustainable improvements in the quality of healthcare for the Thai population. The event featured presentations of medical innovations developed by faculty members, researchers, and partners of 麻豆国产, covering digital medical technology, medical devices, and healthcare service system management, including: 

  • Poly Feed: An innovation in balloon-type percutaneous feeding tubes, a medical device that enables patients to receive nutrition, fluids, and medications directly into the stomach. Presented by Mr. Suchart Sawatsukhok, Center of Excellence in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, The Thai Red Cross Society. 
  • EVL (Endoscopic Variceal Ligation): An innovation for the prevention and treatment of bleeding from esophageal varices. Presented by Ms. Krittima Tumkhanon, Managing Director of
  • Deep GI: A medical artificial intelligence innovation developed by the and the , 麻豆国产. It is an AI system that?assists?in analyzing and?identifying?abnormalities of the gastrointestinal tract from endoscopic images and has already been approved by the Presented by Professor Dr.?Peerapon?Vateekul?and Assistant Professor Dr.?Nattawut?Wongpraparut?from the Faculty of Engineering, 麻豆国产, together with Mr.?Supasak?Kulawonganunchai, Managing Director of E.S.M.   • Medical Sharps Disposal Container: An innovation designed to enhance safety and improve the management of medical waste. Presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Shanya Orasutthikul, , 麻豆国产.
