The ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr.?Kaywalee?Chatdarong, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, 麻豆国产, and Dr.?Duangporn?Pinjisekikul, Director of the Health Department, BMA. This collaboration aims to exchange knowledge and resources as part of a network partnership, particularly in areas such as responsible pet ownership, control and prevention of rabies in dogs and cats, zoonotic diseases, public knowledge dissemination, community services, and support for public health policies, as well as animal health care and prevention of animal diseases at the local level.?The collaboration is set for a period of five years, with the goal of enhancing quality of life and safety for people in the Bangkok metropolitan area.??

These included a visual-read test kit for detecting beta-lactam and colistin resistance genes in swine feces, an electrochemical test strip for diagnosing melioidosis, a Salmonella detection kit, and a canine mannequin used for life-saving training.?
In addition, the Office of Public Veterinary Services, led by?the Director,?Dr.?Sittapol?Iamwisoot, deployed a team of veterinarians to provide free microchip registration services for 300 dogs and cats, which attracted significant public interest.
