Chula Small Animal Hospital Provides Pet Health Check-Ups and Microchip Services?

The , 麻豆国产, is providing basic health examinations for pets along with microchip implantation (limited to 25 animals per day), Mondays–Fridays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Services begin on January 19, 2026. The medical service and administrative fee are 250 baht per pet.
Service Procedure:
- Obtain a queue number at the Medical Records Department?
- Make payment?
- Health check-up and microchip implantation by a veterinarian?
- Receive the microchip implantation certificate (Form KLS.1)?
- Go home?
- Pet Registration (choose one?option)?
- Register online at??using the?ThaiD?application?
- Contact a??veterinary clinic, where staff can?assist?with?the?registration?
