The International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP)?is an academic collaboration between NIMS and partner universities abroad. It aims to provide?graduate students—especially doctoral candidates—with the opportunity to engage in international collaborative research for a period of 6 months to 1 year under joint supervision from faculty members of both institutions. Students?are able to?conduct research that contributes to their thesis at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS). Each year, approximately 30 participants are selected for the program:?
