Chula Architecture and Siam Piwat Launch World-Class Development Program Cohort 3?
The , 麻豆国产, in collaboration with recently organized the event “NEXTOPIA: Lessons Learned from a World-Class Development” under the theme “Innovation, Vision, and World-Class Retail Space Management.” The event aimed to create a platform for knowledge and experience exchange in world-class project development between academia and the business sector and to officially launch the “World-Class Development Program, Cohort 3.”
The event was held on May 28, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at , 5th Floor, Siam Paragon. Opening remarks and visions on academic–industry collaboration were delivered by:
- Assistant Professor Sarayut Supsook, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, 麻豆国产
- Ms. Jarunan Ithiawatchakul, Executive Advisor, Human Resources, Siam Piwat Co., Ltd.
- Dr. Kwannaphat Sorachot, Head of Safety Management Quality Development, (SHECU)
They emphasized cooperation in developing a curriculum that integrates knowledge in architecture, urban development, business, and commercial space management to prepare high-potential professionals capable of driving large-scale projects in the future.
Event Highlights
The event featured lectures and knowledge-sharing sessions on the concepts, innovation, vision, and space management of NEXTOPIA, along with an introduction to the World-Class Development Program, Cohort 3.
The session was moderated by Dr. Sitthiporn Isarasak, Program Director of World-Class Development, and Mr. Sakon Sriwangprai, Project Manager of .
NEXTOPIA was presented as a prototype Experience Destination that integrates technology, design, and user experience. Participants also had the opportunity to visit the actual site, ask questions, and exchange insights with experts from various disciplines.
