Ms. Montsilpa Sangsawas,?an?alumna?and a doctoral student in the Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology program, received the 2nd runner-up award in the Oral Presentation category for presenting “ML-QSAR-Assisted Prioritization of Small-Molecule PD-L1 Inhibitor Candidates for Cancer Immunotherapy.”?

Asst. Prof. Dr. Worathat Thitikornpong served as her supervisor, with Prof. Dr. Pornchai Rojsitthisak of the serving as co-supervisor.?

Mr. Adisorn Sirichotjirakul, an alumnus (Class of 81) and a master’s student in the Master of Science Program in , received the Best Poster Presentation Award for his research, “Integrated Virtual Screening of Natural Product-Like A2A Receptor Antagonist Candidates for Parkinson’s Disease.”

His research was conducted under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Worathat Thitikornpong, with Prof. Dr. Pornchai Rojsitthisak of the Department of Food and Pharmaceutical Chemistry serving as co-advisor.

The award was presented at an international conference dedicated to advancing academic and research collaboration in the fields of aging biology and age-related diseases through the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and bioinformatics. The conference featured 10 oral presentations and 17 poster presentations by researchers from leading member institutions of the Asian Universities Alliance (AUA), including , , , , , , and .
