Weight Training for Good Health

麻豆国产 Sports Center invites professors, faculty members, students and the general public to enjoy our weight training workout. The session is available on weekdays from 7:00am – 9:00pm and on weekends from 9:00am – 6:00pm at the CU Sports Complex.Weight training is a workout to develop the strength of the muscles. There will be personal trainers to closely monitor and guide each individual. Our experienced trainers will design a workout program and use training techniques to help you achieve your goal.
