A big congratulations to Chula graduate students, Chamaiporn Supachettapun from the Department of Petrochemistry and Polymer Science and Urarika Luesakul from the Department of Chemistry, and the research project advisor, Professor Dr. Nongnuj Muangsin of the Department of Chemistry and Director of Technopreneurship and Innovation Management Program, for winning the Grand Prize from the Seoul International Invention Fair 2017.The award winning invention, Fresh2Joy, is an innovative technology made from food-grade ingredients to hinder fungal and bacterial growth, keeping the freshness and extending the shelf-life of fruits and vegetables.
